By using the Babyn application (the “App”) you agree to these terms. The App is operated by Halil Yılmaz (individual), Germany. Contact: gizlilik@babyn.app

1. What Babyn Is

Babyn is a personal tracking tool that helps parents and caregivers keep records of a baby’s feeding, sleep, diapers, growth, health (temperature, medication, vaccinations) and appointments.

Babyn is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Growth percentiles and any other calculations are informational only and are based on WHO reference data. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your child’s health. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You need a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Family Sharing

You may share your baby’s records with a partner or caregiver using a family code. Anyone who has your family code and an account can view and add records for your family. Share the code only with people you trust; you can view your family members in the App.

5. Premium Subscription

Babyn is free to download and use for core tracking. Some features (such as family sharing, WHO percentiles, detailed charts and reports) require a premium subscription.

6. Availability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including data loss) arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

We recommend keeping your own backup of information that is important to you.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Follow the steps at babyn.app/delete-account.html or email gizlilik@babyn.app. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published on this page; material changes will be communicated within the App.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Language

These terms are published in English and Turkish. The English version is the authoritative text; in case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version prevails.
